Concept of One is supported on desktops, laptops, or Chromebooks.
Does Concept of One need to be installed on my computer?
No, it is web-based. No installation is required.

How do I receive my licence?
Licences are emailed to customers within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I activate my licence?
You can activate your licence by logging into your account, and going to “Licences.” If you require assistance activating, please contact us.
When does my licence expire?
Licence duration depends on what you’ve purchased. Most customers will have a 1-Year duration, unless otherwise specified. The duration begins after you activate it.

Free trial users can access the first chapter of the novel and all the levels of the first game.
